WordPress Website (Development only / Figma design is ready)

I am looking for a WordPress developer to build my website using a lightweight theme starter like Hello or Astra, possibly Elementor. The site will contain products in WooCommerce, but only in CATALOG MODE (not actual transactions).

Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in WordPress development, custom templates
- Coding best practices for performance
- Strong understanding of website design and user experience
- Image optimization (webp)

The key templates are fully designed in Figma and production ready. There are around 170 pages, requiring 6 templates:
• Home
• Brands (2 pages)
• Industries (10 pages)
• Products (36 products, no selling)
- All Products main page with filters/facets based on attributes
- Product pages (~36 items)
• Blog (122 posts)

Desired timeline: 2 weeks (August 1)
Please provide estimate, references, and confirm that you can start immediately to complete by August 1.
