WordPress Migration and Site Renewal

I need an existing website renewed and migrated to WordPress for in-house management. The new site should:

- Move all existing content from a Custom HTML/CSS format
- Maintain a framework based on a wireframe I will provide, reflecting the current site structure
- Integrate an effective blog with:
- Commenting system
- Newsletter subscription
- Social media sharing
- Chatbot (to be built by us)
- Zapier automation

- Integrate with Moodle and our eCommerce solutions
- Support our owner-builder courses sold across Australia

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in WordPress development
- Strong experience with content migration from Custom HTML/CSS
