WooCommerce plugin issue

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to help with an issue my company is having with a WooCommerce plugin. Our problem is that the WC Checkout plugin (an enhanced checkout) is hanging when users hit the Place Order button. We haven't made any recent changes or updates to it, but specific error messages are being displayed when this issue occurs. We've disabled all plugins and switched to the basic Storefront theme but the error still persists.
On our wholesale site the WC Checkout works fine, on our retail site something is getting blocked when the user clicks "place order" and the page just spins. I reached out to the WC Checkout plugin provider and after a lot of troubleshooting they said something is getting blocked by my hosting, the hosting says it's the plugin. It's odd because both sites are hosted at the same provider one works and one does not. Need help sorting this out.
