WooCommerce Speed, Shopify & UX Enhancements

I need to tackle my WooCommerce store first and I’m looking for someone who can jump in immediately. The most urgent pain-point is load time: pages hesitate, the cart drags, and Gravity Forms often hangs before submitting. I want the server response time brought down to an acceptable level, then a quick pass over the page hierarchy so the shopping journey feels natural instead of disjointed. While you’re at it, the existing Gravity Forms require tweaks so customers can complete them on desktop or mobile without errors.

Once WooCommerce is stable and fast, I’ll pivot to the Shopify side of the business for subscription set-up, smarter upsells at checkout, and a cleaner mobile experience on the home, product, and shipping pages. If you handle both stacks, great—just address WooCommerce first because that’s where revenue is leaking today.
