WooCommerce Product Feedback Feature

I’m enhancing my WooCommerce store by adding a fresh customer-feedback section directly on each product page. The goal is to let shoppers leave a star rating, a written review, and optionally attach product photos, all in one intuitive form that blends seamlessly with my current theme.

Here’s what I need delivered:
• A front-end form on every product page that collects a 1-to-5 star rating, a text comment, and up to three image uploads.
• Backend handling that stores everything in the standard WooCommerce review table so my existing reporting and moderation tools still work.
• Lightweight, mobile-friendly markup and JavaScript; no page builders, just clean hooks and template overrides.
• Basic spam/abuse protection (nonce, server-side validation, file-type/size checks).
• A simple settings panel so I can toggle photo uploads on or off and choose whether reviews appear instantly or await manual approval.
