I am looking for a skilled website developer who can create an informational website with a timeline of 1-3 months.
Purpose of the website:
- The website will serve as an informational platform for my business.
What I am looking for is a website that has Google Maps integrated into it. The purpose of this website will be to keep the local public up to date on what is being built(new construction) around our area. I would like tear drops on google maps that would mark places where new buildings are going up.

I also want to have a spot where website visitors can input information if there is something they seen that is currently not listed on the website. I would like a spot were a can highlight when a big deal is being built. At this point it will be just information on what is being built around our town. Down the road I would like to have the ability to allow other business owners to market/advertise on my website
Design and features:
- Although I have some ideas in mind, I am open to suggestions and creativity from the developer.
- The website should have a clean and professional design, with easy navigation and user-friendly interface.
- It should include sections for showcasing our services, team members, and contact information.
- The developer should have experience in implementing responsive design and ensuring the website is mobile-friendly.
- Integration of social media buttons and newsletter signup feature would be a plus.
