Website Template Edit Work (Hardly 5-6 Hours of Work) -- 2
Budget: ₹999 – ₹1,000 INR
I'm looking for a skilled developer to edit the current website template. By placing a bid, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to all the terms of this project.
Freelancer’s tasks include;
1. Webpages: Adjust the website sections and elements as specified in the provided JPEG file (which I will send to you). Ensure that there are no responsive design errors on any page. If any issues arise, you will need to resolve them. The website template is already prepared and will be sent to you.
2. Common Sections Creation: Create common sections in a Folder named “common” (e.g., header, footer).
3. HTML5 Validation: Ensure all HTML code is 100% validated using the HTML5 Validator.
4. CSS3 Validation: Ensure all CSS code is 100% validated using the CSS3 Validator.
5. Remove Unused CSS: Identify and remove any unused CSS code.
6. Properly Commented Sections / Codes (<!-- Comments-->): Ensure all webpages HTML sections are separated by each other with proper comments. And CSS codes are properly commented for clarity.
7. Remove Unused HTML: Identify and remove any unused HTML code.
8. Tags and Schema Attributes: Implement heading tags/schema as per given suggestions.
9. Words Removal: Remove specified words and all theme links from HTML & CSS codes (e.g., I will share words).
10. Contact Forms: Set up contact forms (integrated Gmail Code).
11. Sticky Whatsapp/Telegram Icon: Implement a sticky WhatsApp/Telegram icon on the website.
12. Google Page Speed: Google page speed “Performance” should be above 80 (Mobile & Desktop both) for 3 pages (Home page, Service SIngle Page, Blog Single Page)
Payment: Project is fIxed price at ₹1000 (INR)
13. Milestone Creation: Milestones will be created 100% in advance.
14. Development Phase: Development must be conducted on the freelancer’s own server. If the freelancer does not have a server, the employer will provide one. The freelancer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the project, either in parts or in its entirety, before marking it as complete. If the freelancer incorrectly certifies the project as finished, leading to wasted time for the employer in re-evaluating the work, it will be considered a breach of this contract. In such cases, the employer reserves the right to terminate the contract. Upon termination due to such breaches, the employer is entitled to a full refund of all milestone payments made to the freelancer.
15. Work Quality: Revisions/modifications will continue until the employer achieves complete satisfaction with the project. Satisfaction is defined as the employer being fully prepared to accept the project with complete happiness.
16. Transfer and Final Check: Upon achieving complete satisfaction and obtaining the final approval from the employer, the entire project or website will be transferred to the employer’s server for a final review.
17. Successful Delivery: Milestones will only be released after the employer has expressed complete satisfaction and checked with final approval of the website on their (employer’s) server.
18. Dispute: The freelancer agrees that all milestones will be canceled and returned to the employer If the freelancer delays the project, or does not show daily progress on the project, or fails to meet the agreed terms, or becomes non-responsive, or misses the deadline, or makes false task completion confirmation, or if the employer is not completely satisfied.
19. Timeline / Deadlines Terms:
The project timeline will begin on the day all required files reach the freelancer and the deadline will be completed a maximum of 2 days after it.
20. Intellectual Property Rights / Confidentiality Terms / Non-Disclosure Agreement:
The Freelancer agrees to keep all materials, data, and information shared by the Employer confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the express consent of the Employer. All work produced by the Freelancer under this agreement will be the property of the employer unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
