Website Enhancement & Speed Optimization Developer

I'm looking for a developer to improve my existing website. The task consists of three parts:
1. Mini-game for users
I need an interactive mini-game developed and embedded into the site. We'll discuss the mechanics, style, and difficulty individually — I can provide references or give you creative freedom in the implementation.
2. Speed optimization
The site runs slowly and needs to be sped up: code optimization (HTML/CSS/JS), reducing load times, working with resources (images, scripts), and eliminating performance bottlenecks.
3. Your own improvement ideas
Once you open the site on your end and get familiar with it, I'd be glad if you suggest and add something of your own — at your discretion. I value a specialist's fresh perspective: any improvements to usability, design, functionality, or code are welcome.
Important note:
The site works locally only and is not hosted online — for personal reasons, I don't plan to publish it on the internet. Work will be done with the local version of the project. Willingness to work without deploying to a real server is required.
