Website Design Refresh Needed

I’m looking for a skilled web developer to give my existing website a visual overhaul. The structure and core functionality are already in place; what I need now is a modern, cohesive design that feels fresh on both desktop and mobile.

Here’s the essence of the job:
• Audit the current pages, spot outdated layouts or styling inconsistencies, and propose a cleaner UI/UX direction.
• Implement the approved design using standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and, where helpful, lightweight JavaScript. I prefer solutions that keep load times fast and code easy to maintain.
• Ensure the new look renders flawlessly across major browsers and common screen sizes.

While my immediate priority is design changes, I’m open to your suggestions if you notice small tweaks that could improve user flow along the way. When we wrap up, I expect the updated theme, any revised templates or style sheets, and quick hand-off notes so I can maintain the site without surprises.
