Website Design in Figma + Front-End Development (HTML/CSS) on SALARY BASIS

I'm looking for a skilled freelancer who can design modern, responsive website pages in Figma and then develop the front-end using HTML and CSS.

Figma Design Requirements:
Create visually appealing and user-friendly web page designs.
Follow brand guidelines (colors, fonts, layout preferences – will be provided).
Deliver clean, layered, and organized Figma files.

Front-End Development
Convert approved Figma designs to responsive HTML and CSS.
Use clean, maintainable code (no inline styles or bloated frameworks).
Must be compatible across modern browsers and mobile devices.
Include basic animations (e.g., hover effects, transitions) where applicable.

Deliverables:
Figma design files (source)
HTML/CSS code files
Basic mobile responsiveness
Handoff documentation (if needed)

Ideal Freelancer:
Proficient in Figma, HTML, and CSS.
Has a strong design sense and attention to detail.
Has a portfolio demonstrating similar work.
