I need a developer who can roll out a full multi-level caching strategy so my pages render noticeably faster. Here is the scope of what I want done:
• Integrate Cloudflare as the primary CDN for all image delivery.
• Configure browser caching rules and minify the existing CSS and JavaScript files.
• Establish object caching—please advise whether Redis or Memcached is the better fit for my stack before implementation.
• Fine-tune caching layers so that the Homepage and the Checkout page receive top priority and reflect the biggest speed gains.
