Webflow Navigation Adjustment

I need minor adjustments to my Webflow site's navigation bar and dropdown menu.

Requirements:
- Reorganize nav bar/menu items
- Fix nav bar/menu alignment and display in all formats
- Format drop down menu (colour and font) consistently across all pages
- Fix dropdown functionality and ensure proper display on all pages
