Web Site Designer/Front End Dev Long Term Work

We are needing someone to work with our current Dev team to assist with Front End Dev in CSS and integrating it into our .net application. We also need someone who can also take our existing design and expand upon it and add features for us as we come across them. This position could turn into a constant working relationship even after that initial work as we need updates and or changes years down the road.
