Web Design and Development for a Real Estate Company

We have used Realtyna for the past year, but it has not met our needs. The initial reason for this decision was primarily instigated by the IDX WPL Pro plugin that organically showed listings from our MLS. That is, each listing is not within an iframe but is separate from all others, which Google understands as a separate entity. This enhanced the organic SEO functionality, the initial reason we chose Realtyna. We want to move on from the other addons and plugins and use their new plugin, which connects Houzez themes to the Realtyna IDX. We would move our content from Realtyna to the Houzez theme using Realtyna's IDX but allow us to design and use the advanced Houzez addons and plugins offered by their theme. We need a professional and experienced real estate-specific designer with development experience to make this transition happen.
