Waterproofing Product Interactive Website Development

Looking to design website featuring;
1) Landing page wih interactive diagram of house plus outdoor surroundings. The diagram will highlight specific areas of concern from a waterproofing standpoint. When the cursor hovers over these areas a dialogue box should appear describing the nature of the problem as well the solution using our product. Also would like a link taking the user to a video explaining how to use our product for that repair.

2) Product info pages. 3 - 4 pages ( packaging & Coverage, How to mix and prepare, how to apply and section on common tools used to apply our product.

3) List of product applications. description of each followed by remedy using our product. when applicable will include link to video of remedy being performed.

4) Gallery, FAQ's & contact etc.

I am looking to in the end create a website that can be used to sell our product and be able to take orders and payment. Please also keep in mind that website will be translated into different languages down the road.
