Vue2/Vue3 CSS Cleanup and Optimization

I need a CSS expert who can clean up a project that uses both Vue2 and Vue3 (different systems).
The main task involves correcting existing (proof-of-concept) css to fix alignment, image sizing, and spacing issues.
- CSS optimization and cleaning
- Vue 2 and Vue 3 (you will not be developing any new components, just correcting CSS)
- PrimeVue and Element UI frameworks
- Efficient in handling CSS in layout design.
