Vue/CSS Animation Text Slideshow

I'm looking for an experienced front-end developer who specializes in Vue.js and CSS animations. The task at hand is fix/update the existing code to make sure our modal is opening. When the modal open a text slide show will be animating. I need help fixing the animation to make sure it follow certain scenarios.
