User-Friendly Website with OpenAI GPT-3 API Integration

I am looking for a skilled web developer to create a user-friendly new website from scratch that leverages the power of GPT-3 API for services. The website should have the following features:
**Customer Experience User Stories:**
As a website user,
1. I want to be able to create an account on the platform easily and securely. [Landing Page + Login ]
2. I want to be able to paste or type a question and receive an accurate answer and explanation generated by the OpenAI GPT-3 API with a response time of not more than 20 seconds. (Prompt will be provided by us). [User Question Page]
3. I want to be able to receive a GPT-3 generated question on a specified topic and receive feedback on the accuracy of my answer each with a response time of not more than 20 seconds. (Prompt will be provided by us). [GPT3 Question Page]
4. I want the platform to have a clean, professional, and user-friendly design.
5. I want the platform to have a responsive layout that works seamlessly on all devices.
6. I want the platform to have a clear and intuitive navigation menu for easy access to all features.
7. I want to be able to access pages for the service offered, pricing, contact information, and FAQs. [Post Login Member Page, Pricing Page, FAQs, Contact Us]
8. I want to be able to easily get in touch with the service provider through a contact form.
9. I want to be able to stay updated with industry news and updates through a blog section.
10. I want to be able to securely pay for the services offered from anywhere in the world. [Subscription Page]

As the service provider,
1. I want to be able to easily modify or optimize the GPT-3 prompt used by the platform.
2. I want to be able to easily add / modify the unique GPT-3 API Key used to identify me and my OpenAi account.
3. I want to be able to easily add / modify all the available GPT-3 API variables that influence the generation of GPT-3 response.
4. I want to be able to store all user interactions, including questions and answers, for analysis and record-keeping purposes.
5. I want to have an intuitive and user-friendly admin interface to manage the platform and user data.
**Technical Requirements User Stories:**
As the developer,
1. You need to build the platform from scratch using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for accessibility and functionality.
2. You need to optimize the platform for search engines for easy discoverability by users.
3. You need to have expertise in API integration and be able to integrate the platform with the OpenAI GPT-3 API with response times of not more than 20 seconds.
4. You need to have experience with database design and management to store user data and interaction history.
5. You need to design and create the brand elements, logo, UI/UX etc.
**Post-Delivery User Stories:**
1. As the service provider, I want the developer to provide ongoing support and maintenance for the platform after launch to ensure its functionality and security.
