Used JSON data to show multiple graphs on webpage with zoom and pan

I have data from multiple items that I would like in a group of graphs, each graph named with it's associated data point name. The data points are either 0 or 1 ("on" or "off") over time. I would like these graphs to visually show the on and off duration for each item through time. Each data point includes a timestamp, the Y-axis should be dates / time, starting at the first available data point and ending at the last available data point. I also would like to be able to zoom and pan in to a specific time frame on the Y-axis and have all graphs updated to only show this time frame. Example data is in data.json

The webpage should be responsive. The example attached only shows the dates on the y-axis and the on/ off x-axis.
