Urgent and Simply Three.js Task

I am looking for an expert to fix my project.
This is simple task to be able to finish for 30 minutes.
Look at the picture.
1) add text on the screen "Welcome to the Council JOIN NOW 1212/3078 Mint LEFT".
2) and just add make "HERE" button on the screen, wrap the screen in html/CSS.
But it has to be finished within 30 minutes.
