Urgent Front-End React Developer Needed

I require a proficient React developer to integrate APIs into a simple front-end React project(Movie/TV show) using a UI framework such as React Bootstrap Material. Your tasks will include:

- Integration with APIs.
- Use of React Router for a minimum of 3 routes.
- Utilization of a UI Framework, preferably React Bootstrap Material.
- Incorporation of Context API allows at least one child and grandchild component to access the state and update it.
- Integration of a functioning PayPal payment method.
- Use of useEffect for fetch calls.
- Simplify code to the basics

Please note, appropriate starting points include Navbar and Cards components from the UI framework, and clear, concise comments within the code to explain your process are necessary.
