Tune React.js website to work better on Mobile Devices

I have a complete React.js website (1 page currently) , and I am not happy with the look of it on mobile devices. Fonts too small, images not fitting properly , etc .. just standard mobile related items.

Looking for the code to be fine tuned, so the mobile experience is much better than it is now.
