Transform 2 Figma Screens on HTML and CSS

Hi,
We have two desktop Figma screens and we need you create the HTML and CSS to each one of these screens.
The pages created using HTML and CSS must looks exact like the the Figma screens.
You dont have to use anything about backend, you can simple write the values, texts on the HTML, our developer will use your html and css to build our application.
About mobile version:
We don't have any requirement to mobile version, you just need to adapt it to mobile in a way that is good to use.
