Transfer existing wordpress site (travel agency) to new theme with new look and feel and improved translation

Currently the website http://www.travel-magical-morocco.com is running on GrandTour Theme. I want to transfer it to Travel Buzz (child theme of WP Travel https://wordpress.org/themes/travel-buzz/). That works with Elementor. The content is ok, but right now it is using WPML; and not in the correct way, so I prefer moving to Travel Buzz, use Polylang and get all the content (including trips) in the right place (EN or DU). I have a staging environment with a copy of the website. I have Elementor Pro. I know how I want the look and feel of the pages. But I need someone to transfer the website from one theme to another with a new design asap. Right now there is NO online booking. Maybe this will be the second phase.
