Test My Appointments Booking Site

I’ve just finished building an online system for scheduling appointments and now need a handful of fresh eyes to make sure everything feels smooth and works exactly as intended on both desktop browsers and mobile phones.

Your mission is two-fold:
1. Experience the full user journey, from landing page through confirmation email, and tell me where the flow feels clunky or confusing.
2. Verify that every functional element behaves correctly—selecting a time slot, editing or cancelling a booking, receiving notifications, and so on.

Because the platform is all about appointments, please complete at least three full bookings (including one cancellation or reschedule if possible) and document what you see. Screenshots or short screen recordings are ideal for any issue you spot.

Deliverables I need back:
• A brief narrative of your overall user experience.
• A numbered list of functional bugs with clear reproduction steps and device/browser details.
• Any quick-win suggestions that could make the journey more intuitive.

No load or performance testing is necessary right now; I’m purely focused on how it feels and whether everything works. If you enjoy exploratory testing and can turn around concise, actionable feedback, I’d love to hear your insights.
