TailwindCSS Subdomain Site Development

I need an HTML/CSS website designed with TailwindCSS, closely following the design of this page: https://www.environetuk.com/japanese-knotweed. The new site will be a subdomain of the existing site, so it should match as closely as possible.

Requirements:
- Use provided assets and a simple color palette as the core of the site
- Site will consist of 3 pages:
- Buy Page:
- Simple form submission for purchasing a report
- Basic interactivity provided by TailwindCSS
- Layout: No preference (single/multi-column)
- Pricing Page: Should mirror this layout: https://flowbite.com/blocks/marketing/pricing/
- User Portal: For logged-in users, I will provide a screenshot of the existing portal for reference

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and TailwindCSS
- Strong eye for detail to ensure design consistency
- Experience with form implementation and basic interactivity
