Tailwind CSS UI Polish for Laravel - Property Marketplace

Our property portal already runs on Laravel with Blade templates and Tailwind CSS, yet the interface still feels inconsistent. I want to tidy and modernise the existing utility classes and components, zeroing-in on spacing, layout and overall usability.

The Figma file is available and about 99% complete. I’m open to suggestions if you identify any areas in the layout that could be improved or refined.

The Search page is the first priority, followed by any shared elements that surface across listings and forms; headers and footers, etc.

You’ll work directly in the codebase, sharpening visual hierarchy, aligning typography and colours to the Figma files, and making sure breakpoints behave responsively. Pragmatic suggestions are welcome—as long as they keep turnaround fast, because I’d like noticeable progress ASAP and I’m available during AEST business hours for quick reviews.
