Svelte Frontend Developer for PWA Creation

I am looking for a skilled Svelte / Svelte kit frontend developer to create a web application from a Figma UI. The project will also involve turning the app into a Progressive Web App (PWA) with a strong focus on speed and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of the frontend of a web app from Figma UI
- Conversion of the web app into a PWA
- Implementation of important PWA features: Offline functionality, Push notifications, Add to home screen capability, Speed and Performance
- Develop unit tests for key components to ensure reliability and maintainability.
- Optimize frontend performance to ensure the app loads quickly and runs smoothly.
- Implement best practices for securing user data and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Ensure the web app is functional and visually appealing across different browsers.
- Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase changes effectively.
- Ensure the web app is fully responsive across various devices and screen sizes.
- Integrate the app with third-party services or tools as required.
- Ensure the web app is accessible to users with disabilities by following WCAG guidelines.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation for the codebase and development processes.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Svelte / Svelte kit
- Previous experience with PWA development
- Strong UX/UI design sense
- Understanding of Technical SEO (a plus)
- Able to integrate with a ready backend API
The project has a flexible timeline for completion. Prioritize SEO optimization features. Focus on unit tests for major functionalities only. Integration will be done using a REST API. Prioritize seamless offline functionality to enhance user experience. The project duration is expected to be less than 1 month. (Target 7 to 10 days)
