Slice one page adding mobile view

We are looking for developer to:

to slice one page layout and convert it to mobile view

the one page layout has

- 1 Carousel
- one product slider

code must be commented and allow us from code to extra images to carousel slider and product slider + we will need also the design of one form to be opened on click button

Code must clean and light as we will test it with google PageSpeed Insights
