I need a modern, sleek online portfolio that will set my job applications apart and clearly present every project I’ve completed. The site should feel crisp and professional while still reflecting a bit of personality, making recruiters immediately understand who I am and what I can do.
Core requirements
• Format: Website only—no PDFs or slide decks.
• Style: Modern and sleek, with clean typography, balanced white space, smooth transitions, and responsive behaviour on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Sections to include: About Me, Projects, and Contact Information. The Projects area must be easy for me to expand later.
Preferred workflow
Feel free to build with the stack you know best (HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript, React, Vue, static‐site generators, or even a lightweight CMS) as long as I can update content without touching code every time. If you propose using a CMS such as WordPress, ensure the admin panel is streamlined and free of bloat; if you choose a static approach, provide clear instructions for adding new project entries.
Deliverables
– Fully functional, deployed website (GitHub Pages, Netlify, or similar).
– Source files and clear setup/maintenance guide.
– Brief hand-off call or video walkthrough (recorded is fine) so I’m comfortable updating the site myself.
Acceptance criteria
1. Visual consistency with the agreed modern/sleek mock-ups.
2. Displays flawlessly on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, plus iOS and Android browsers.
3. About Me, Projects, and Contact pages load under two seconds on a standard broadband connection.
4. Adding a new project requires no more than filling out a form or editing a single markdown/file entry.
I’m ready to supply text content, project screenshots, and my résumé as soon as we start.
