Skilled CSS/HTML Developer for PSD to CSS Conversion
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Hello everyone, in your proposal start with "salt" so I know you read this.
I need someone who I can hire on an ongoing basis to convert PSD designs to HTML and CSS pages. These conversions need to be perfectly done, with thought to padding, etc so it looks exactly like the design.
There may also be some javascript in future jobs. We can pay $80 per page (and extra if it's overly complicated).
