Single page responsive build: Figma to HTML

Looking for a 1-2 day turn around on a simple single page design built into responsive HTML that elegantly collapsing from desktop to mobile in a liquid fashion. Form validation must be introduced and obfuscation of form destination email must be included (to prevent spam). Font is custom and will require fontface implementation.
