Shopify shop design and produkts

I am looking for an experienced Shopify developer/designer to create a product layout similar to the structure shown in this example:

Important:
This is not about copying the design itself, but creating a similar layout structure and product presentation setup. The design must be original and adapted to my brand, but I want a similar product flow and “this design on other products” section under the main product.
Before I assign this project, I would like us to go through a few important technical points together to ensure everything I want can be properly implemented in Shopify.
After the layout is completed, I also have a large number of products that need to be set up correctly. This project needs to start immediately.
If you are a team of two people, that would be preferred. Ideally:
One person works on the design/layout structure
The other starts setting up products together with me
I strongly prefer that we work live together during agreed time blocks, as this requires my full involvement and close collaboration. This is not a passive project where I hand it over and wait — I want active cooperation.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Shopify (theme customization, product structure, collections)
Experience creating advanced product layouts
Good communication skills
Availability to start immediately
Comfortable working in real-time collaboration sessions
