Shopify expert -- 2

I want to add a button in the top right next to the Cart, which will tell me how much is left until free delivery. I managed to add that box, but it updates only when I refresh the whole page (I would like it to update when I add something to the cart).

The price is 10$-15$ FIXED .I also have the FIGMA how the design should be
