Shopify Dynamic Specs Tab

I need a Shopify expert to build a simple, clean-looking specifications table that lives in its own tab right beside the standard Description tab on my store running Ascent 3.0.3.

Here’s what I’m after:
• The table must pull its data from existing product-level Metafields and automatically show only the fields that contain values, skipping anything that’s empty.
• Headings inside the table should appear in bold, with the values in normal weight for easy scanning.
• Styling should stay lightweight and modern so it blends with Ascent’s default aesthetic without extra visual clutter.
• Code needs to be fully responsive, loading quickly on both mobile and desktop.
• All work must be done with Liquid, CSS, and any minimal JavaScript you feel is necessary, keeping edits limited to the theme’s sections/snippets so future updates remain straightforward.

Deliverables
1. Liquid snippet(s) and CSS that create the Metafield-driven table in a dedicated tab.
2. Clear in-theme settings or short installation notes so I can control which Metafields appear or add new ones later.
3. Brief testing across at least three sample products demonstrating that empty Metafields vanish and populated ones display correctly.

Acceptance criteria: on any product page the new tab renders, shows only populated attributes, uses bold headings, matches Ascent styling, and passes Shopify Theme Inspector without errors.
