Roleplay documentation and communication system with database structure (Figma Based Design)
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Hi,
I’m looking for a developer. I’ve created a template in Figma for a communication and documentation system for online role-playing games. The system should ultimately be available online for everyone and accessible through an already existing and available domain.
The system is based on three components:
Admin Panel
(Restricted access, only for the admin of the system owner and possibly other users with limited access. Access permissions must be individually assigned and cannot be created independently.)
User Panel
(Public access after registration and email confirmation. Ideally, a confirmation email should be sent. Once registered, users gain access to the interface where they can manage settings, data, and their languages. They can also create mandates and expand them. A connection to payment methods is also required here.)
The System itself
(The system consists of 11 small apps and 1 large app, along with role-based settings that can be configured across the entire system. When a system is created in the UCP, it should be accessible via a subdomain and configurable. Through a username/user ID query, users who have been authorized in the user panel or within the system can log in with the appropriate rights.)
The system requires a database structure, which is configurable within the mandates (networks) that can be created. Depending on the requirements, certain features can be enabled or disabled, or specific changes can be made, provided the rights are available.
Each system requires its own database to store its respective data and to avoid overlaps. Each mandate/network should be able to save its own files and communicate individually with other networks.
The entire system encompasses approximately 320 pages.
It needs to be set up, connected to the domain, and the database must be configured on a Linux server. Further details will, of course, be clarified in advance.
Since this is a hobby project, the budget is not very high (ca. 300€). I kindly ask for your understanding and still hope for good collaboration.
