Responsive bootstrap page with 3 variants of content from figma design

I require 3 variants of a page creating in html using bootstrap. I am looking for a clean and simple implementation in html and css. I will then use this html to build into a node 'project myself. I have done the design in figma in desktop although the mobile will be pretty easy to implement from the design.
