Responsive Portfolio Website Build

I’m putting together a portfolio site that showcases my responsive website design work and the business-focused projects I’ve completed. The goal is a modern, professional interface that looks and feels perfect on mobiles, tablets, and desktops while loading almost instantly.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A clean, fast, fully responsive portfolio site
• A gallery section highlighting my responsive website designs and business website projects, with individual project pages for details and links to live builds or case studies
• Intuitive, simple navigation so visitors can move from the gallery to project pages and a clearly visible contact option in no more than two clicks
• Standards-compliant HTML5/CSS3 (or an equally lightweight framework), minimal yet effective JavaScript, on-page SEO basics, and cross-browser testing
• Well-organised, commented source files plus a short hand-off guide so I can add future projects myself
I’ll supply copy and imagery; you handle layout, styling, performance tweaks, and any subtle animations that enhance the user experience without slowing things down.
