Responsive Multilingual HTML/CSS/JS Template from Design

Responsibilities
- Build a fully responsive, multi-language-friendly HTML/CSS/JS template
- Use clean, well-structured HTML5, SCSS, and JavaScript – no inline styles or scripts
- Compile and bundle assets using Webpack, Vite, or similar tools
- Ensure all CSS/JS files are minified and optimized for production
- Implement code splitting for pages or modules with heavy scripts/styles
- Integrate lazy loading, tree shaking, and other optimization techniques
- Use .webp format for all images to ensure lightweight assets
- Achieve top performance scores on Google PageSpeed Insights Level A 90+ (https://pagespeed.web.dev/)
- Follow best practices for SEO and cross-browser compatibility

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Proven experience with Webpack, Vite, or other modern bundlers
- Understanding of component-based architecture and code modularity
- Solid grasp of responsive design, lazy loading, code splitting, and performance tuning
- Experience optimizing templates for PageSpeed, Lighthouse, and SEO
- High attention to detail and clean code practices

Nice to Have
Experience with multi-language web design
Familiarity with accessibility standars (a11y)
Passion for web performance and UX
