Responsive Email Template Design

I'm looking for an experienced coder to create a basic responsive email template that is compatible with Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo Mail. I already have a design in mind for the email template. The majority of the content will mostly contain text for customer booking confirmation and custom CRM fields. I need someone who can accurately translate my design concept into a functional template, ensuring compatibility across these three major email clients.
