Reskin of a web application

We have an Angular web application where we have redesigned pretty much all the screens. Functionaility remains the same so the correct candidate will only have to translate the new designs properly specified on a XD file to HTML/CSS (Angular knowledge is a plus though). So we are basically looking for a front-end developer that excels both in HTML and CSS.
