1. Save all property API data on Redux store when website loads
2. Use the properties data on store to create a table accordiing to City/District/Commune/Village (use lodash and Material UI)
3. Create filter selects to view specific City/District/Commune/Village
4. Show trend graph of each City/District/Commune/Village with React Chart Js 2
