Redesign One-Page Website for Assisted Living

Project Overview:
We run an assisted living business in Minnesota and are looking for a skilled web designer to revamp our current one-page HTML website. The site is already live and mobile-friendly, but it needs a more professional, warm, and welcoming appearance that reflects the care and comfort we provide to our residents.
Tasks Include:
Improve layout, font consistency, colors, and spacing
Style call-to-action buttons: “Refer a Client”, “Apply Now”, “Call Us”
Improve mobile layout and responsiveness
Add favicon and clean up the header and footer
Embed our Google Form cleanly
Ensure branding aligns with our logo and color palette
Keep current Google Analytics tracking intact
Bonus: Add tasteful animation or hover effects to enhance interactivity

Not using WordPress or CMS
Branding: Logo and colors available (no full style guide yet)
