React and Tailwind CSS Frontend Developer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We’re transitioning our current system from FileMaker and HTML/Java to a modern web-based platform. Our new stack uses React and Tailwind CSS on the frontend, and we’re building out several client-facing portals (Tenants, Owners, Vendors, etc.).
We’re looking for a reliable frontend developer who can help us convert layouts, implement clean component-based designs, and collaborate with the backend team to bring the system to life.
You’ll be joining a team composed of Project Managers and Programmers that already has everything planned out — including documented workflows, layout references, and defined priorities. There’s no guesswork here — just focused execution and a clear roadmap to guide your work.
Must-Have Skills:
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, code quality, and documentation
- React
- Tailwind CSS
- Experience working with REST APIs
- Git
Qualities We’re Looking For:
- Writes clean, readable, and maintainable code
- Follows and implements existing templates or patterns consistently
- Proactively thinks about long-term improvements, structure, and potential issues
