XD to React Conversion

Hello i need someone to convert my adobe xd designs into react js. the project has already been started so

I know how to code myself but i want hire someone cheap to save me time. Let me know how soon you can start and finish this project. I need someone who is very good with bootstrap 5 and knows how to mainly use classes vs css for every little thing..
