React/CSS Sidebar Menu Creation

I'm looking to have a sidebar menu created for my web application using React and CSS. The menu must include categories such as:

For categories, the primary one required is:
- Services
Although the types of services aren't specified, the freelancer should be ready to make modifications as we align on the specifics.
The ideal professional for this project should have experience in:

- CSS for styling web pages
- Web UI design and user experience
- Attention to detail and ability to create engaging, user-friendly menu interfaces.
