React CSS Expert needed to update UI on React Project to match new design

Need a CSS / React Expert to update the layout on my React project. Need to take the current layout and update it to match the new design , there is a new color scheme for the calendars plugin, updated nav from the left to the top, less sections to start the project. plus some structural changes.

Need someone to complete this today. is t 1 day project. Must know how to use React, CSS, pixel perfect design , laravel, and setting up a project on a new subdomain, I don't want to hand hold as ..you should be an expert.
