Quick Widget Changes

We have software food app with web based widget. Widget is simple HTML CSS and JS. I need you to change 2 svg icons, made a section sticky on scroll and add a peice of text in a floating div. I have just run out of time to do this myself.

Need this done today please. Budget is 10$ AUD only sorry
