Project XD (HomePage MObile and Desktop) to SCSS/HTML

I am looking for help creating a homepage design for both desktop and mobile platforms using Bootstrap/SCSS/HTML. The layout should use flexbox, with buttons being the design elements. Additionally, the design should be responsive and cross-browser compatible to ensure high performance.
