Provider Profiles: A secure registration and profile management system. Providers must be able to create, edit, and manage their profiles, including service descriptions, rates, availability, and photo/video galleries.
Advanced Search & Filtering: Clients must be able to search for providers using multiple filters, such as location, services offered, availability, price range, and other criteria. The search results should update dynamically without a full page reload.
Secure Private Messaging: An integrated, secure messaging system for clients and providers to communicate directly on the platform without revealing personal contact information.
Booking/Inquiry System: A structured contact form on each profile for clients to send detailed booking inquiries.
Admin Dashboard: A comprehensive backend for site administrators to manage users, approve/moderate profiles and content, oversee site settings, and view basic analytics.
Payment Integration: Secure payment gateway integration (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to handle provider subscription fees for listing their profiles. The system must be PCI-compliant and support recurring billing in AUD.
SEO & Performance: The site must be built with SEO best practices (clean URLs, meta tags, sitemap) and optimized for fast page load speeds.
